I'm Joana Geffroy, a visual artist from Portugal.

I began my academic journey with a Law degree at the University of Coimbra, which I completed in 2019. During that time and afterward, I discovered painting as a space of freedom, and I'm still exploring who I am as a young artist. For the past two years, I've been studying Illustration at the École Supérieure des Arts et Industries Graphiques de Paris.

Currently based in Lisbon, I'm in this moment teaching painting classes at Escola Secundária Padre António Vieira, working closely with social projects there.

Through painting and collaborative projects, I aim to bring shared humanity to life.
